Best Ever Gluten Free Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

Here's what you need:

Step 1: Whisk all the dry ingredients together, including the yeast. No need to heat the soymilk!

Step 2: Add in the wet ingredients and mix together on medium speed for 5 minutes.

You should achieve a dough that's smooth but still a bit sticky. That's great! Now we'll proof!

Step 3: Proof the dough for 4 hours in a warm area, until nearly doubled in size.

Step 4: Roll the dough to be about 12x16"

Step 5: Spread the softened vegan butter on top, along with the cinnamon sugar mixture. 

Step 6: Roll tightly then slice into cinnamon rolls!

Step 7: Proof the cinnamon rolls again while the oven warms up. They should puff up almost double!

Step 8: Bake the gluten free cinnamon rolls until lightly golden. 

Step 9: Top with a glaze and enjoy (especially with a glass of Forager Project soymilk :) )
