Step 1: Cream together the vegan butter and sugars.This is very similar in process to a classic cookie recipe!

Step 2: Next add in the peanut butter, applesauce, and vanilla. Use your hand mixer to mix everything together until smooth.

Step 3: Add in the flour and baking soda. Use a silicone spatula to gently fold together the mixture. Be sure not to over mix!
