Step 1: Start by sautéing the veggies in the Instant Pot. Add the olive oil along with the carrots, celery, and onions, and sauté them until the onions are translucent.

Step 2: dd in the remaining ingredients, and stir together. Add in the beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, spices, and sea salt.

Step 3: Set your Instant Pot or Slow Cooker, and cook the chili! I recommend using the slow cooker mode on your Instant Pot, or just a slow cooker or stove top!!
