Description
This overnight chocolate chia seed pudding is paleo, vegan, and sugar-free, but double the chocolatey flavor and deliciousness!
Ingredients

- 1/3 cup coconut yogurt (can use almond )
- 2/3 cup almond milk (unsweetened vanilla)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 dash cinnamon
Optional:
- 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Keto COCOA
Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, mix together cacao powder and yogurt until thoroughly combined (add Keto COCOA powder in here as well if using).
- Next, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, cacao nibs, and cinnamon into the yogurt cacao mixture.
- Cover and store in the fridge for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
- Remove from the fridge, and top with bananas and cacao nibs!
