Vegan pie doughs are essentially all-butter pie crust recipes. But instead of dairy butter, we use vegan butter!
Step 1: Pulse the oat flour and arrowroot together. Step 2: Cut the vegan butter into the flour mixture.
Step 3: Add in the maple syrup and water simultaneously while processing the flour mixture. Step 4: Chill your pie dough.
