Step 1: Whisk together the dry ingredients. This is the flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and leavening agents

Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients! This is the vegan buttermilk, applesauce, melted vegan butter, and vanilla extract.

Step 3: Add in the dry ingredients to the wet, and whisk together. Be careful not to over-mix, even with gluten-free flour.
