Incredibly simple sugar free strawberry jam that’s Paleo and Whole30 friendly! Only two ingredients!

- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- Juice from 1 lemon
Instructions
- Rinse and slice your strawberries, cutting of the tops as well.
- Add them to a medium sauce pot and add in the lemon juice and strawberries. Turn the stove top on to high and let the strawberries begin to boil, about 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer and cover for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and mash the strawberries in the pot with a fork. Transfer the jam to a large jar that can be sealed airtight. Let the jar cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to the fridge to chill for an hour.
- Use and serve however you’d like!
