- 4 medjool dates
- 1/2 cup rolled oats, gluten free as needed
- 2 tbsp pea chai or vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups oat milk or unsweetened dairy free milk
Instructions
- In a large blender, blend all ingredients together.
