These cookies are the epitome of soft, gooey, and fudgy.

You’d never know these are eggless, dairy free, and can be gluten free!

Here's what you need:

APPLESAUCE

CHOCOLATE CHIPS

VEGAN BUTTER

COCOA POWDER FLOUR BAKING SODA

BROWN SUGAR (OR COCONUT SUGAR)

GRANULATED SUGAR (OR COCONUT SUGAR)

CHOCOLATE CHUNKS

Step 1: Whisk together the dry ingredients

Step 2: Cream together the vegan butter and sugars. Then add in the applesauce.

Step 3: Gently fold in the dry ingredients until *almost* combined. 

Step 4: Fold in the chocolate chips and chill the dough for 10 minutes, then preheat the oven

Step 5: Scoop the dough onto a prepared baking sheet and bake!
