Description

This 2-minute vegan Caesar dressing comes together with just a whisk and bowl and uses only pantry staple ingredients! No vegan cheese nor nutritional yeast needed!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup (140 g) tahini
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL)  lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) caper brine plus capers
  • 1 tbsp olive brine
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) filtered water
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Add: Pour all ingredients into a small bowl.
  2. Whisk: Use a whisk to whisk all ingredients together until combined.
  3. Use or store: Use immediately in your salad or recipe or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
