Description
This 2-minute vegan Caesar dressing comes together with just a whisk and bowl and uses only pantry staple ingredients! No vegan cheese nor nutritional yeast needed!
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup (140 g) tahini
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) lemon juice or vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) caper brine plus capers
- 1 tbsp olive brine
- 1/4 cup (60 mL) filtered water
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add: Pour all ingredients into a small bowl.
- Whisk: Use a whisk to whisk all ingredients together until combined.
- Use or store: Use immediately in your salad or recipe or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
